Digital Activist Passport

Welcome! Are you ready to venture down a path of engagement that offers you the opportunity to expand your leadership as an activist leader for public education? This year, the Digital Passport will arm you with all the NEA news and information you need to become an engaged leader and give you the tools to help make valuable changes to the ESEA reauthorization.

Required Tasks

TASK 1:
Fill out the short form below to sign up to receive NEA news and information email alerts, and to pledge your support for NEA’s Raise Your Hand, Opportunity, Time to Learn and Degrees Not Debt education activist campaigns.

TASK 2
Message your Congressional representatives to support providing more opportunity for students to learn in the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) reauthorization. Use the message template provided via the NEA Legislative Action Center.

Verifying Task Completion

You'll receive confirmation email messages upon completion of each of the required tasks. Please retain these messages in your email inbox and present them to staff at the Digital Engagement Café to verify task completion and get your passport stamped.

Locating NEA Digital Diplomats

NEA Digital Diplomats are NEA staff members that are stationed at the following 2014 NEA Representative Assembly Expo, Delegate Café and Nonprofit Affiliate section locations July 1-6 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm:

NEA Digital Diplomats can provide task completion assistance, stamp your passports and issue you your NEA Digital Activist commendation ribbon upon your completion of all three required tasks.
